OSIL installs automatic gates, barriers, doors and access-control systems for residential, commercial and industrial properties, from initial site assessment through to a fully commissioned system matched to the property's layout, traffic and security requirements.

Maintenance

Automated entrance systems see daily mechanical and electrical wear. OSIL provides maintenance visits, fault diagnosis, repair and component upgrades to keep gates, barriers and access-control systems operating reliably, extending the working life of the equipment.

Annual maintenance contracts

For properties that depend on their entrance systems every day, OSIL offers Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) covering scheduled inspection visits and priority repair support across the year, reducing the risk of unplanned downtime.

Supply, wholesale & distribution

OSIL supplies automatic gates, barriers, doors and access-control products across the UAE, drawing on manufacturing partners in Italy, Germany and Taiwan. Alongside retail supply for individual properties, OSIL supports contractors, developers and resellers who need automation hardware at project or bulk scale, and lists manufacturing among its own capabilities.

How a job runs

Survey & consultation

An engineer measures the opening, checks power and structure, and confirms which product actually fits the site.

Specification & installation

A written quote naming the product and control technology, then supply, fitting and commissioning by the OSIL team.

Handover & maintenance

A working demonstration on site, and the option of an annual maintenance contract to keep it that way.
